Fully Welded Four‑Side Removable Heat Exchanger
The fully welded four‑side removable heat exchanger is a high‑efficiency heat transfer equipment that combines the advantages of fully welded structure and convenient maintenance. It mainly consists of a square corrugated plate pack, four‑side detachable covers and a rigid frame. The plates are sealed by fully automatic welding without any rubber gaskets, which fundamentally eliminates medium leakage. It is suitable for high‑temperature, high‑pressure and highly corrosive working conditions, with a design temperature range from -196℃ to 400℃ and a maximum design pressure of 4.0 MPa. The corrugated plate design creates strong turbulence at low flow velocities, and the heat transfer coefficient is 3–5 times that of traditional shell‑and‑tube heat exchangers. Featuring high heat transfer efficiency and compact size, its volume is only 1/3 to 1/5 of shell‑and‑tube units with the same heat exchange capacity, greatly saving workshop space. Different from conventional fully welded heat exchangers, the four side covers can be disassembled independently. Cleaning and maintenance can be completed without dismantling the whole unit, solving the problem of difficult maintenance caused by fouling. The material of the equipment can be customized according to the medium properties. It is widely used in petrochemical, power and energy, metallurgy, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. With both reliability and convenience, it is the preferred alternative to traditional heat exchangers under high‑temperature and high‑pressure conditions.
